Privacy Policy

What this site knows about its readers.

1. Data we handle

1.1 This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. No analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking script of ours runs on these pages. What remains is the ordinary server log every website has: IP address, timestamp, the page asked for, and the browser and device details your software reports. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.

2. Requests you can make

2.1 Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Your location may also give you rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdrawing consent, and to complaining to your privacy regulator. Use the Contact page and we will handle the request.

3. Leaving this site

3.1 Following a link to One Casino or any other brand takes you off this site, where their policy applies instead of ours. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.

4. Legal framework

4.1 This site is published for readers in Canada. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.

5. What we store in your browser

5.1 We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. Those are technical, not advertising, cookies, and blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.

6. Affiliate links

6.1 An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. It does not tell us who you are, yet markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and like technical data may still be personal information in law — we prefer to state that rather than pretend otherwise.

7. Children & minors

7.1 These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them.

8. When you write to us

8.1 Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. We do not add you to any mailing list.

9. How long records last

9.1 Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter it concerns is closed, unless we need it to deal with a legal claim.

Anything you want to ask about privacy here can be sent via the Contact page.
